EDUCATION IS THE KEY TO A PROSPEROUS FUTURE
The Australia Burundi Scholarship Fund (ABSF) is a Global Hand Charity Project bridging the gap in upper-school education access in Burundi.
Since 2023, the ABSF has supported 140 students to attend high-school across the country, covering their costs for tuition, school supplies and school uniforms.
This support costs approximately $200-250 per student.

The Australia Burundi Scholarship Fund (ABSF) is dedicated to transforming lives through education by providing high-school students in Burundi with comprehensive support covering their costs for tuition, school supplies, and school uniforms across their 3-4 year high-school journeys. Through the ABSF, we are able to provide this opportunity to students for c. $200-250 per student each year.
